CrossFit is a community where your coaches and fellow athletes keep you accountable, encouraged and motivated! Each class is structured with warm-ups, programmed workouts and a focus on technique/skill building.
It does not! One of the many benefits of CrossFit is that everything is adaptable to your abilities. Everyone in our classes has started out in your shoes! No experience is needed.

All of our coaches have a base knowledge of nutrition from their CrossFit Level 1 certification course and can help get you started. We also work with a local company called "My Fit Foods" if you are interested in working with a nutrition specialist.
Consistency is very important and we recommend a minimum of 3 classes a week to see results and make progress. With daily classes and times, find a schedule that works for you! We highly recommend scheduled rest days to take care of your body.
